Clean vocals and rich storytelling describe Maria Belyea's first project 'Grace'. Recorded at Blue Sky Studios in Delmar, New York; 'Grace' is a mixture of folk storytelling ('A Soldier's Mother's Prayer'), bluesy jazz ('You Didn't Say The Words'), and good ol' Southern Gospel/Country ('Leave Your Sins At The Door'). The project is acoustic. It's intentional simplicity emphasizing the beauty of the words.
