'Just Passing Through'-about life and relationships. 'Thank You (For Saving Me From You)'- inspired by a girl who broke up with me. 'Love Gone So Wrong' - evolved from a blues riff I was playing around with and then threw out the words, 'I miss that woman, now that she's gone'. The song wasn't about anybody, just seemed like good blues lyrics to accompany my new blues riff. 'You Can Have That Woman'- about a woman I thought I didn't want to see again....but we're still friends... :-) 'Country, Blues, and Rock and Roll'- my tribute to my favorite genres of music. 'No More Lonely Nights' - about learning from the past, but not giving up on the future. 'The Time Of Day' - about trying to help people who (sometimes) don't know how to appreciate the effort. 'Will I Ever Love Again?'-about that very question. 'This Pirate's Turning Sixty' - I wrote this one for my 60th birthday. 'Women Like You' - by women I've met who thought just a little too highly of themselves (for their own good). 'What's It Gonna Take' - sometimes, it takes a while to get over a past relationship. 'I'm Gonna Rock Until I Roll' - about my plan to rock until I roll. 'It's Been A Great Ride' - inspired by my dad's sense of humor and positive take on life (when he was on his death bed). Ed Payne.
